Legal Resources for Churches in the Current Climate

I was honored to be asked to speak at the 2016 Faulkner University Lectureship during the “Church and Law” Day. I was asked to speak about resources that are available for congregations of the Lord’s Church in the current legal climate. This is an especially relevant and important topic for elders and leaders in the Church.

I am posting the PowerPoint slides from my lecture in case anyone is interested in the information that I presented. I have to give credit to Matt Vega, Melvin Otey and Gary Massey (other contributors to this site) for some of their resources and information that I used in my presentation. It is indeed an honor and blessing to have these men work with me in trying to provide resources for the Lord’s Church.
